25th March 2005 - We became the new owners of Dreadnaught and he took up residence alongside Chompalot in the front room.

Since Dreadnaught was gutted when he was put on display he's going to need a complete re-fit and some work to the body shell. It's intended for Dreadnaught to go back into the world of fighting robots, so watch this space!

I've already ordered wheels, sprockets and chains, and I've put a wanted ad on the FRA forum for Bosch motors.

Temporarily, Chompies spare motor controllers will be pressed into service and a linear actuator I've been hording for some time will be great for the lifter.
