A couple of commercial robots, entered in the spirit of things after starting the race decided to put on a display of their amazing capabilities.

Small steps and his little brother. Small steps was one of the first to race putting in a time of 2 mins 20 seconds. Gulp my testing of Digit in the kitchen didn't give me confidence.

Tevors new biped robot, unfortunately didn't finish the race, but it had some good dancing moves.

Small Steps little brother, not quite as fast but still managed to finish the course

Not sure what this one's called however another bot that finished the course.

Road Runner 2 - didn't bede beep once, perhaps that's where he went wrong? However he did put in a reasonable time.

And here's a photo of Digit racing against the clock, managing a scorching 1 minute 46 seconds, despite having some steering problems, as you can see from the look on my face I was a little worried about that!

I was hoping to do well, but didn't think Digit would win. Fully expecting Road Runner 2 to put in a much better time than us, in the end he didn't, due to some technical problems and Digit won first place :)

Trevor's 'In A Rush' again :)

Not many people entered the more than 2 legs walker event. This one seems to be a kit with some electronics attached at the rear for radio control and once again I don't know it's name!?
